Mass Flow Meter

Axial Piston Pumps are hydraulic pumps that use a series of pistons arranged in a circular pattern around a central drive shaft to generate hydraulic pressure. The internal parts of an Axial Piston Pump include:

Cylinder block – The cylinder block houses the pistons and rotates around the central drive shaft.

Pistons – The pistons are mounted in the cylinder block and are pushed in and out by the rotation of the block. The pistons are typically made of high-strength steel and are sealed with piston rings to prevent fluid leakage.

Swash plate – The swash plate is a sloping plate that is mounted on the drive shaft and controls the angle of the pistons. As the swash plate tilts, the angle of the pistons changes, and the volume of fluid pumped is altered.

Valve plate – The valve plate is a thin plate that separates the suction and discharge sides of the pump. It contains ports that allow fluid to flow into and out of the pump.

Bearings – Bearings are used to support the rotating parts of the pump, including the cylinder block and the drive shaft.

Seals – Seals are used to prevent fluid leakage between the various internal components of the pump.

Shaft seal – The shaft seal is a specialized seal that prevents fluid from leaking out of the pump where the drive shaft exits the pump housing
